Special Price Restrictions In order to secure the Special Price of $14 for Headshots, Mighty Niger has agreed with the Participating Photographers to certain time-saving and administrative restrictions. The following are thus prohibited under the Special Price arrangement : 1.  Changes of clothes during the photo shoot (exception: hair wraps may be tied for the 2 discretionary poses) 2.  Props 3.  Excessive posing / re-posing 4.  More than one person per 4 exposures 5.  Refunds 6.  Personal checks Our purpose in negotiating the Special Price was to provide Mighty Dread™ Participants with portfolio-quality headshots to use in the Locks Appreciation.  Hence: 4 headshots for the 4 photos required for the Appreciation. Accordingly, the photographers will not shoot any extra exposures, in the absence of a mistake on their part. Therefore, if you must have extra exposures, you must order a second set of 4 exposures. Since these extra exposures are more than what is needed to achieve our stated purpose, and since they will increase the costs of developing, this second set of 4 headshots will cost $29. A third set of 4 would cost another $29, and so on. An example of the Kwanzaa principle of UJAMAA (cooperative economics) in action, this offer is made possible through a creative sharing of resources and through economies of scale. Unavoidable yet minor delays in processing the photos may result.  With a little patience, everyone benefits.

Reschedule 48 hours in advance • Cash, money order or credit card, only, accepted • No refunds • Abide by Special Price restrictions and Entry rules • Hair may not be covered for mandatory profile & back poses • Hair may be partially covered (e.g., with an African hair tie) for the 2 discretionary poses • Exercise patience while photos are in process
