Our Policies
Refunds

- Our refund policy is simple: You will be happy with our products, or we will refund your money. A request for a refund must be made within a generous 60 days of receipt of the product.
For tracking purposes, no product may be returned without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number. To obtain this number, e-mail us, and type "Return" in the Comments textbox along with your Order number. A Return Authorizatin Number will be sent to your e-mail address within 24 hours. The product must be returned at your expense, un-used, and in its original package, with the Return Authorization Number written on it.
Customer feedback is the key to customer satisfaction. Although we will accept the return of any of our products on a no-questions-asked basis, we would appreciate any feedback about the product that you would care to include in your e-mail.
Three - Generation Warranty

- In addition to our Refund policy, each Kwanzaa candle holder (Kinara) and Ebony Kwanzaa Unity Cup (Kikombe) comes with a
three-generation (75-year) warranty against defects. We have stated boldly elsewhere, and confirm here, that the candle light from your Mighty Niger Kwanzaa Kinara will dance in the eyes of your great-grandchildren.
- So committed are we to providing true family heirlooms, we undertake to repair or replace any defective unit at our expense for 3 generations (assuming 25 years per generation), or for as long as your family owns the unit, whichever period ends earlier. But in either event, after the year 2081, you're on your own!

All payments must be denominated in $ U.S. Dollars. International Orders may contact Sales for acceptable foreign currencies.
For personal checks, allow two-weeks' delivery after clearance.

- We at Mighty Niger are committed to protecting your privacy and the security of your personally identifiable information.
In order to offer a greater range of products and services that may be of interest to you and your family, Mighty Niger may collect information you give us on surveys, questionnaires, applications, order or other forms. When you are a customer of ours, we collect information about your transactions with us, which may include your name, street address, e-mail address, credit card number and telephone number. No personally identifiable information will ever be shared with unauthorized 3rd parties.
We sometimes share with carefully selected business partners certain information we collect about our customers, former customers, and others within the Mighty Niger internet and off-line communities. This includes the information we receive from you on surveys, order forms, applications, questionnaires, and other forms. In this way, our business partners can alert you to valuable products and services.
We also share such information with other companies to provide services for us, such as credit card processing services, and we select these companies carefully. They must keep the information we share with them safe and secure, and we do not allow them to use or share the information for any purpose other than the job they are hired to do.
You may opt-out of these information sharing options, other than those permitted by law, by sending an e-mail to Customer Service, and typing "Opt Out" and your Order number, if applicable, in the subject line.
Shipping

- Delivery is free within the continental United States. We ship via UPS Ground service, unless specially requested. UPS Ground typically delivers within 3 to 5 business days. We generally ship Orders within 24 hours of receipt.
International Orders and special requests should e-mail Sales for a quote.
When we ship your order via UPS, we e-mail you the UPS tracking number so you can track the progress of the package on the internet.
